The reality is that you can use subliminal techniques to enhance your creativity and awareness. The trick is to use them intentionally as a way to enhance your awareness, and not as a way to be creative.
It is a lot more fun to watch videos from an old movie than to watch them on the Internet.
For example, I used to watch the movie The Matrix on a regular basis when I was a kid. The reason is because of the subliminal messages in the movie, but now I use them as a way to enhance my creativity. I’m not saying that you can’t learn to subliminate your thoughts, but it’s nice to be able to put them into a video without having to think about them.
Subliminals are a simple technique people use to trick themselves into thinking they have noticed something, when in reality they have not. If you can subliminate your thoughts into a video, you can use it for any purpose you want. Because the subliminal messages are so subtle, you don’t need to think about them or even know how to do it. It is like having your thoughts put into an audio file. You can use them without thinking about it.
To sublimate your thoughts, you can choose a couple of pictures that are in the same location. You can then make a video, and play it backwards. Your thoughts then appear as if you have them. Subliminals are very difficult to do though. They involve a lot of practice and a lot of concentration. If you want you can even sublimate for a few seconds before you start thinking about it. I have never made my mind subliminal before.
I have, and it works. I have made subliminal videos, but it’s still a lot of work and I never do it with a group of friends. If I’m doing a video in class, I do it in private, and then I watch them together later. There are a lot of YouTube tutorials that teach subliminal techniques, but they are usually very complex and require much more practice to do well.
After I’ve learned the techniques, I’ll probably never get my idea out in the public.

YouTube has a whole section of tutorials which teach you how to do subliminal techniques. Of course, these tutorials are not for the faint of heart. The videos are very complex, require lots of practice, and are not for the faint of heart.
